Weekend classes are held in Bowral (1 1/2 hours drive from Sydney CBD and 1 3/4 hours from Canberra).

Expecting parents can take time out from their busy lives to come away for a quiet weekend to the beautiful Southern Highlands where the opportunity is given in the calmbirth® classes to focus on each other, their baby and the approaching birth.

For Peter, hospitality is an important part of the calmbirth® class experience and special attention is given to ensure that the couples attending the classes are made to feel comfortable and welcome. The date scones served at morning tea are famous!!!

Evenings can be spent enjoying a quite dinner and relaxing in one of the many comfortable lodges, B & B’s or motels in the area.

As a special treat one of the couples attending each weekend win a $100 dinner gift voucher to one of our popular restaurants in Bowral.

Couples receive a calmbirth® book and calmbirth® relaxation CD's with ongoing phone support.
