Calmbirth® Classes
Weekend classes are held in the Southern Highlands, just 1½ hours drive from Sydney and 1¾ hours from Canberra.
Expecting parents can take time out from their busy lives to come away for a quiet weekend to the beautiful Southern Highlands where the opportunity is given in the Calmbirth® classes to focus on each other, the baby and the approaching birth. Hospitality is an important part of the Calmbirth® class experience and special attention is given to ensure that the couples attending the classes are made to feel comfortable and welcome. The date scones served at morning tea are famous!!!
Evenings can be spent enjoying a quite dinner and relaxing in one of the many comfortable lodges, B & B’s or motels in the area.

At the weekend Couples receive a Calmbirth® book and Calmbirth® relaxation CD's and following the weekend we provide ongoing phone support.
What does it cost?
The cost per couple is $495 to attend a class by Peter Jackson. Classes held by Karen McClay are $450 per couple.
